PRODUCTION PROCESS:
During the harvest the grapes are carefully picked and selected by specialized personnel and placed in crates, subsequently left to dry in our lofts. At the end of the drying process, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. A slow fermentation follows which is slowed down until it is blocked to guarantee a high residual sugar, characteristic of this wine. Once this phase is completed, the wine is left to mature in the rooms dedicated to refinement.
