PRODUCTION PROCESS:
Amarone Cinque Stelle is the result of a meticulous selection and harvesting of grapes, which are placed in crates and left to dry in our drying rooms, allowing the concentration of the sugars, flavors, and aromas inherent to the grapes.
Once the drying period is over, the grapes are destemmed and pressed; a long and slow fermentation follows. Once this phase is completed, the wine is left to mature in the rooms dedicated to refinement.

Valpolicella Classica, clay and limestone soil.
BOUQUET
Black cherry, blackberry jam, spicy, tobacco and black pepper.
FLAVOR
Velvety and elegant, with soft tannin and total recall of fruit notes.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS
